These terms govern the storefront, the rooms, and every order placed with Atelier Vale.
Atelier Vale sells garments as described on the product page. Photographs are of house pieces. Colours can shift slightly between mill lots. Copy, layout, and photography on this site are original to the house.
Prices are in USD at checkout. Header currencies are a courtesy conversion, not a second price list. We recompute line totals on the server. VALE10 is ten percent off the first order, minimum $50, one coupon at a time. We may refuse an order that a stale cart or a forged total would underpay.
Stock is per colour and size. We refuse an order the rack cannot fill. You must be signed in to check out. Guest checkout is not offered. Payment is Stripe Checkout or cash on delivery when the owner has enabled it.
You are responsible for the email and password on your account. The owner email administers the shop. We may close an account that abuses coupons, scrapes the catalog, or places fraudulent orders.
To the extent law allows, our liability for a garment is the price you paid for it. We are not liable for carrier delay beyond the two-day express promise on qualifying orders, which is a house service target, not a penalty clause. California law governs. Venue is San Francisco County.
