We keep what we need to sell you clothes and run the rooms. We do not sell lists.
Account: name, email, password hash, and optional addresses. Orders: the bag at checkout, shipping address, payment method, and status. Messages you send via Contact. Newsletter emails if you subscribe. Waitlist rows if a size is gone.
In the browser we store the bag, wishlist, compare set, recent views, locale, currency, coupon, and cookie consent. Those keys stay on your device and survive sign-in.
Card payments go through Stripe Checkout. We never store a card number, CVC, or full PAN. Cash on delivery is offered when the owner has it enabled. Webhooks update order status and decrement stock.
Essential cookies keep you signed in. Preference cookies remember language and currency. We do not run advertising pixels on the storefront. You can refuse non-essential cookies from the bar at the bottom of the page.
We share data with Stripe to take payment, with the carrier to ship, and with ImageKit only as public product photography. We do not sell or rent customer lists. Staff access is limited to the owner email.
Orders are kept for tax and fulfilment. You may ask us to correct an address, close an account, or export what we hold — write via Contact. Some records we must keep for law even if the account is closed.
